Anglesey - Ynys Môn
Menai Bridge from the Anglesey side - card posted 1922
The largest Welsh island, a major Druid centre around the time of the Roman invasion. It is conected to the mainland by two bridges, with a third under consideration. It has numerous prehistoric and medieval sites, Beaumaris castle being one of the finest.
